1) How long does shipping take?
We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days. Delivery time may vary, however, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

2) Can I cancel or change my order or shipping address?

Yes — as long as your order has not shipped, we can make adjustments. This includes updating your shipping address, modifying items, or canceling the order. We ship quickly, so please email divinevisionsbrand@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Divine Visions reserves the right to cancel orders involving unauthorized payments, suspicious activity, or errors in promotions or pricing.

3) How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the Track My Order page or the carrier’s website.
International orders: tracking updates may take 3–10 business days to appear while the package transitions between carriers. This is completely normal. More detailed updates will appear once the package arrives at the local carrier in your country. Tracking may not update daily, so checking every few days is recommended.

4) I forgot to apply my discount code. What should I do?

Just email us at divinevisionsbrand@gmail.com with your order number. If your order qualifies for the promotion, we’ll be happy to apply the discount or help you use it on a future purchase.

5) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Email divinevisionsbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and our support team will guide you through a return, exchange, or another suitable solution. Please allow 2–3 business days for a response.
International customers: return and exchange shipping costs are not covered.

6) How do I use a gift card?

Enter your gift card code at checkout. If your total exceeds the gift card amount, you can pay the balance with a credit or debit card. Gift cards can be used alongside other payment methods.

7) What are the details of the product warranty?

Within 100 days of receiving your product, if any quality issues arise, we will provide a free replacement. Please Note:

This warranty policy only covers quality issues caused by manufacturing defects.

It does not include problems resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
